        Communications Law in Transition Newsletter is published ten times a year. Although this publication is intended to be distributed online primarily, subscription is available for libraries, research institutions, and other governmental and nongovernmental organizations.  The annual subscription fee is US$150.00 (shipping and handling charges included).
