ABOUT THE JOURNAL
Communications Law in Transition is an
innovative electronic law journal jointly
published by the Programme in Comparative
Media Law and Policy at the Centre for Socio-Legal
Studies, Oxford University, and the Howard M. Squadron Program
in Law, Media and Society at the Benjamin N. Cardozo
School of Law, Yeshiva University. Covering a
wide range of topics relating to media law and
policies in transitional democracies, the Journal
includes peer-reviewed essays, news articles,
surveys of law, draft statutes and comments, and
book and conference reviews.
The Journal's objective is to present a
combination of scholarly content, editor-reader
interactivity and a user-friendly approach. It
should be of immediate appeal to an international
audience of legal academics, legal practitioners,
government officials, foundation executives, and
anyone interested in communications law and
policy in transitional societies
