Virtual Institute of Information is housed by the Columbia
Institute for Tele-Information (CITI), directed by Eli
Noam, Professor of Finance and Economics at Columbia
Business School and former Public Service Commissioner for New York
State with Kenneth Carter, Associate Director
- CITI.
